I also develop and implement buying strategies for buyers of residential, commercial real estate sales (new construction/ resale) and land acquisition, through locating qualified properties that meet the need of buyer, help buyer in the selection process by providing objective information about a particular property, negotiating, conduct due diligence on a subject property, help with financing.
